Hideout

The Barrett Community Center is the main recreation center for Youth and Teens in Belmont. At Barrett, you will find after school activities and programs, and The Hideout (a new teen zone) that hosts fun events, field trips, movie nights, and activities like hiking. The Hideout offers a quiet place to do homework, two large flat screen tv with PS5, Nintendo Switch, and a lounge area to just chill out after a long day of school. Free snacks, arts & crafts, outdoor recreation activities, movie nights, special events and much more are provided! The Hideout is open Tues/Wed/Thurs/Fri from 3 – 5 pm and 1 – 5 pm on Wednesdays. No need to RSVP, come by anytime. The Center also offers a preschool and daycare.
